【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61169,whichisaSectionalSpecification(SS),providesinformationandrulesforthepreparationofDetailSpecifications(DS)forpinandsocketR.F.coaxialconnectors,withscrewcouplingmechanism,forlowtomediumpowerapplications.Theconnectoriscommonlyknownasthe"typeN".Threeversionsofthe50ΩcharacteristicimpedancetypeNconnectorareincluded,eachversionbeingmateablewitheachoftheothers.Thegeneralpurposeconnector(grade2)derivedfromthespecificationsMIL-C17BandMILC-39012maypreferablybeusedwithR.F.cable60096IEC50-7uptoabout12GHzmaximumfrequency.Thehighperformanceconnector(grade1)isparticularlysuitableformicrowaveapplicationswhenlowerreflectionfactorsthanareofferedbythegeneralpurposeconnectorarerequired.Theconnectorsmayalsobesuitableformicrowavecomponents.Thetolerancesoftheinterfacedimensionsliebetweenthoseforgrade0andgrade2,andarechosentogivetheperformancerequired.Somegrade1connectorsconformingtothisspecificationmaybeusedupto18GHzmaximumfrequency.Thestandardtestconnector(grade0)hasacloselycontrolledinterfacetoprovideareferenceforthemeasurementofconnectors,cableassemblies,componentsandequipmentwiththeabovetwointerfaces.Itmayalsobeusedasamicrowaveconnectorinsituationswhenthemostpreciseinterfaceforuseupto18GHzmaximumfrequencyisrequired.A75ΩcharacteristicimpedanceconnectorisgiveninAnnexAeventhoughtheuseof75ΩtypeNconnectorsisstronglydeprecated.Accidentalcross-couplingof75Ωwith50Ωconnectorscandestructivelydamagethe75Ωversion,butinviewoftheextensiveuseofanumberofmarginallydifferent75Ωversions,theinterfacenowgivenprovidescommondesignguidance.75Ωconnectorsshouldbeclearlyidentified.ThisspecificationindicatestherecommendedperformancecharacteristicstobeconsideredwhenwritingaDSandcoverstestschedulesandinspectionrequirements.
