【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationandeventsaslistedinClause4relevanttostationaryanddisplaceablesurfaceplaningandthicknessingmachineswithanintegratedfeedinthicknessingmode,(withorwithoutdemountablepowerfeedunitinplanningmode)andwithmanualloadingandunloadingofthework-piece,hereinafterreferredtoas"machines".Thecutterblockisfixedinpositionandforthicknessinganintegratedfeedisprovided.Themachinesaredesignedtocutsolidwood,chipboard,fibreboardandplywoodwhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.Thisdocumentdoesnotdealwithanyhazardswhichresultfromtheattachmentofanoptionalmortisingunit.ThesehazardsarecoveredbyprEN940:2007.Thisdocumentdoesnotapplyto:a)machinessetuponabenchoratablesimilartoabench,whichareintendedtocarryoutworkinastationaryposition,capableofbeingliftedbyonepersonbyhand;NOTE1Transportablemotor-operatedelectrictoolsarecoveredbytherequirementsofEN61029-1:2000togetherwithprEN61029-2-3:2004.b)surfaceplaningandthicknessingmachineswherethecutterblockisadjustablefordepthofcutsettinginthicknessingmode;c)machineswheretheconversionfromplaningtothicknessingmodeorviceversaisachievedbymountingordemountingparts/units;d)machineswheresurfacingandthicknessingcanbeperformedatthesametime.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletosurfaceplaningandthicknessingmachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.NOTE2MachinescoveredbythisdocumentarelistedunderA.5ofAnnexIVoftheMachineryDirective.
