【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesmethodsforchemicalanalysisofceramiccoatingsbymeansofelectronprobemicroanalysis(EPMA)usingascanningelectronmicroscope(SEM)oranelectronprobemicroanalyser.Themethodsdescribedarelimitedtotheexaminationofsinglelayercoatingswhentheanalysisiscarriedoutnormaltothesamplesurface,butgradedandmultilayercoatingsmayalsobeanalysedincross-sectionifthethicknessoftheindividuallayersorgradationsaregreaterthanthemaximumwidthofthevolumeofmaterialwithinwhichcharacteristicorfluorescentX-raysaregenerated.NOTEThismethodcanalsobeusedfortheanalysisofbulkmaterials.
