【摘要】:Fluidsandgreasesincontactwithencapsulatingcompoundsmayadverselymodifytheencapsulantpropertieswithresultingdamageorlossofprotectiontocomponentsinelectronicapplications.Thistestmethodprovidesameansformeasuringtheeffectoffluidsandgreasesonvariousencapsulants.Thistestmethodisintendedforuseinresearchandevaluation.1.1Thistestmethoddeterminestheresistanceofencapsulatingcompoundstofluidsorgreasesbymeasuringchangesinweight(Note0)andvolumeunderdefinedconditionsoftimeandtemperature.Note0ToprovideconsistencywiththeusageinotherASTMtestmethodsconcernedwithdeterminingthepropertiesofplasticmaterials,theterms"weight"and"weigh"areusedinthistestmethodalthoughtheunitsofmeasurementarethoseofmass.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.See9.1.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsarestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforinformationonly.Note2ThereisnosimilarorequivalentIECstandard.
