【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardappliestodesign,manufacturing,installation,transportation,electricalequipmentandcleaningofderinding-,skinning-,andmembraneremovalmachines(seeFigures1to5).Themachinesdescribedinthisstandardareusedforderinding-,skinning-andmembraneremovalofmeatandfishbycuttingatabladedevice.Derinding-,skinning-,andmembraneremovalmachinesfordomesticpurposesandtable-topmachinesarenotcoveredbythisstandard.Thisstandardonlyappliestomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.2Thisstandardcoversthefollowingtypesofmachines:—Openderindingmachineswithinfeedtableandadistancebetweenthefloorandthesurfaceoftheinfeedtablefrom800mmto1050mm.Toothformofthetoothroll:Depth≤5,0mmPitch≤6,5mm(seeFigures1and2)—Automaticderindingmachinewithinfeed,holddown,andoutfeeddeviceandadistancebetweenthefloorandthesurfaceoftheinfeeddevice,e.g.conveyorbeltbetween800mmand1050mm.Toothformofthetoothroll:Depth≤5,0mmPitch≤12,0mmHolddownrollerdiameter175mmto240mm.(seeFigures3and4)
