【摘要】:ISO16017-2:2003givesgeneralguidanceforthesamplingandanalysisofvolatileorganiccompounds(VOCs)inair.Itisapplicabletoindoor,ambientandworkplaceair.ISO16017-2:2003isapplicabletoawiderangeofVOCs,includinghydrocarbons,halogenatedhydrocarbons,ester,glycolethers,ketonesandalcohols.AnumberofsorbentsarerecommendedforthesamplingoftheseVOCs,eachsorbenthavingadifferentrangeofapplicability.Verypolarcompoundsgenerallyrequirederivatisation;verylowboilingcompoundsareonlypartiallyretainedbythesorbentsandcanonlybeestimatedqualitatively.Semi-volatilecompoundsarefullyretainedbythesorbents,butmayonlybepartiallyrecovered.ISO16017-2:2003isapplicabletothemeasurementofairbornevapoursofVOCsinaconcentrationrangeofapproximately0,002mg/m3to100mg/m3individualorganicforanexposuretimeof8h,or0,3g/m3to300g/m3individualorganicforanexposuretimeoffourweeks.Theupperlimitoftheusefulrangeissetbythesorptivecapacityofthesorbentusedandbythelineardynamicrangeofthegaschromatographcolumnanddetectororbythesamplesplittingcapabilityoftheanalyticalinstrumentationused.Thelowerlimitoftheusefulrangedependsonthenoiselevelofthedetectorandonblanklevelsofanalyteand/orinterferingartefactsonthesorbenttubes.Artefactsaretypicallysub-nanogramforwell-conditionedTenaxGRandcarbonaceoussorbents,carbonizedmolecularsievesandpurecharcoals;atlownanogramlevelsforTenaxTAandat5ngto50nglevelsforotherporouspolymers.
