【摘要】:ThispartofISO4384specifiesparametersforthehardnesstestingofcompoundmaterialsforplainbearingsmadefromsteelandbearingmetalwithbearingmetalsbasedonlead,tin,copperandaluminium,manufacturedbycasting,sinteringorplating.ItrepresentsasupplementtotheexistingISOpublicationsonhardnesstestingandthereforeincludesonlytheextensionsandrestrictionstobeobservedascomparedtothosepublications.Themeasuringmethodapplieddependsonthebearingmetallayerthickness,itshardnessanditsstructure.Owingtotheheterogeneousstructuralcompositionofthemajorityofthesebearingmetals,aBrinelltestispreferred.TheVickerstestshouldbeusedinthecaseofverysmalllayerthicknesses.
