【摘要】:Acriticalissueinindustrialcoordinatemetrologyisthemeasurementofaworkpiecetoassurecompliancewithitsdimensionalrequirements.WhenusingacomputerizedCoordinateMeasurementSystem(CMS),theusualpracticeistocorrelatecomputercalculatedoutputswiththedimensionalrequirementsoftheworkpiece.Thiscorrelationisperformedbyvariouscomputerroutinesthatprocessdimensionalcoordinatedatasetsconsistingofmeasurementsamplesoftheobjectbeingevaluated.ThepurposeofthisdocumentistoprovideguidelinesforevaluatingthequalityofsolutionsgeneratedbyCMSsoftwareandtodefineminimaldocumentationrequirementsforsoftwareproviders.ThisStandardisconcernedwithtestingthebehaviorofalgorithmimplementation,notthetestingofalgorithmsthemselves.Itisnottheintentofthisdocumenttoendorseorrateanycomputationalmethodorsystem.Softwareperformanceevaluationisusefulbecauseit:(a)allowsobjectivevalidationofsoftware;(b)reducesthepossibilityoferrorinsoftwareapplication;(c)definesamethodofcomparingCMSsoftware.Thisdocumentcoversthefollowingareas:inputdata,featureconstruction,softwaredocumentation,performancecharacterization,andtestmethodologies.
