【摘要】:Thispracticeprovidestheuserofgasturbinefueloilsandthedesignerofgasturbinefuelsystemswithanappreciationoftheeffectsoffuelcontaminantsandgeneralmethodsofcontrollingsuchcontaminantsingasturbinefuelsystems.Thispracticeisgeneralinnatureandshouldnotbeconsideredasubstituteforanyrequirementimposedbywarrantyofthegasturbinemanufacturer,orbyfederal,state,orlocalgovernmentregulations.Althoughitcannotreplaceaknowledgeoflocalconditionsortheuseofgoodengineeringandscientificjudgment,thispracticedoesprovideguidanceindevelopmentofindividualfuelmanagementsystemsforthegasturbineuser.1.1Thispracticecoversthereceipt,storage,andhandlingoffuelsforgasturbines,exceptforgasturbinesusedinaircraft.Itisintendedtoprovideguidanceforthecontrolofsubstancesinafuelthatcouldcausedeteriorationofeitherthefuelsystem,orthegasturbine,orboth.1.2Thispracticeprovidesnoguidanceforeithertheselectionofagradeoffuel,atopiccoveredbySpecificationD2880,orforthesafetyaspectsofthefuelandfuelsystems.Forexample,thispracticedoesnotaddressthespacingsofstoragetanks,loadingandunloadingfacilities,etc.,andproceduresfordealingwiththeflammabilityandtoxicpropertiesofthefuels.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
